Overall, LoveElectric provided a good service. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service team were quick to respond... mostly. I had one issue where I was asked to choose a delivery date, but they didn't act quickly enough and the date was fully booked by the time they got round to it (date I asked for was submitted very early on a Friday morning, and customer service left it until Monday morning), which meant I had to rearrange leave from work. They seem to be updating the availability and prices more frequently now as well, which was also an issue in the beginning.
