Identity, contact information and bank account details when submitting an application for a Lease

We collect this information when you submit an application for Lease. We will share your information with our panel of lenders who will use it to assess your suitability for the lease finance products which they provide which will include a credit check. We will also use your information to contact you in relation to your application should we need to clarify any of the information that you have provided. Before you submit your application to us we will notify you how our panel of lenders will use your data. If you do not agree with how they will use your data you will not be able to proceed with your application.
Our lawful bases for processing this information is: (i) to perform our contract with you (i.e. to submit your application for finance); and (ii) in certain circumstances, to comply with a regulatory requirement or legal obligation to which we are subject.

This is only possible where you have have agreed for given Lex Autolease your express consent to share your name and business email address with us. This information allows us to give you access to available stock via the corporate shop window which is hosted and managed by Love Electric Financial Services Limited.
We do not use any automated decision-making when providing access to the corporate used leasing portal.
