Getting set up with loveelectric's salary sacrifice scheme is easy.
Speak to one of our Salary Sacrifice Experts and they'll give you a rundown of the scheme and answer any questions.
If you're happy to proceed, we'll get your business set up with the loveelectric app and run a live onboarding session for you and your colleagues.
You'll get access to promotional materials, live support and online webinars to spread the word. Employees can then order a car and we'll deliver it to their door. Simple as that.

If you’re an employer, the general rule of thumb is that your business will need to have been trading for at least 2 years and be profitable. There are some exceptions though, so you can use our eligibility checker to know for sure. If you’re an employee, you will be eligible as long as you are:

Our salary sacrifice scheme is completely cost-neutral for a business to sign-up, run and manage. You can control who in your staff base has access to the benefit and keep an eye on its performance from our dedicated Employer Portal.
This is one of the most common questions we’re asked, and for good reason! If your employee leaves, for any reason, our industry-leading Flexible Returns Options offer you the following options for total peace of mind:
- Transfer the deal to your new employer: This will be our first option if your employee wants to keep the car. We’ll work with them to see if their new employer would be open to joining the scheme and transferring the lease. This would allow them to continue driving the vehicle.
- Novate the lease to another employee: If option one isn’t viable, the lease agreement can be novated (transferred) to another employee in your company who is willing to take the lease on.
- Advertise the car on our reloved® marketplace: We’ll list it on our app to all of our users who are looking to get a car. This gives them the option to take on a potentially shorter term, cheaper lease.
- Early Termination Protection: To help protect you and your employer, our Early Termination Protection means that - in most cases - your employee will only need to pay one month’s fee as an exit charge, rather than the entire remainder of the contract. Please familiarise yourself with our ETP for a list of exclusions and conditions.
